Yes. We only sell online Luxury Watches, Fine Jewelry and Accessories. We take great measures to assure items sold by us or by our Partners 100% authentic. Everything you are buying from us will be no different than the one purchased at an authorized dealer. All items originate from authorized dealers, and are carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure quality and authenticity.

Together with all our Partners, we do our best to accurately represent, via photos, copy and measurements, all our products. Our experience has been that almost all the time the products has exceeded our customers expectations, since even our best photographs do not reflect the colors and sparkle of the products. However, should you want to return the item, you have 7 days from receipt and we will cheerfully refund your payment, minus the shipping charge. Still undecided? You can always send us an email or call us and ask one of our staff for suggestions.

All items that are in stock and are ready for immediate shipping will state ” IN STOCK ”  at the top right portion of the page, as well as in the item description. If an item is not in stock, the lead time for that item will  be indicated also in the item description.

In special cases, special orders being outside the scope of regular designer production, you will be charged 50% of any special order’s retail price up front.

The remaining balance will be charged upon your order’s shipment.

All special orders are final sales and may not be refunded or exchanged.

Our knowledgeable staff is happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.).

Borderfree calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

The following is a summary of delivery promises for regular international orders.

You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used individually  by all countries.

International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.

You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the checkout.

If for some reason there are any items that cannot be shipped ( exported or imported ) into your destination country selection, you will be notified during the checkout process.
